• Iteration: enable incremental buildouts via staged phases to demonstrate the tangible values in short sprints, so we can adjust, grow, refocus along the way
• Simplification: keep it simple and straightforward (KISS) in the portfolio and technology rationalization and optimization
• Decisioning: establish a sophisticated governance model for objective rationale assessment and tradeoff justification without bias
• Operationalization: build a disciplined process for repeatable execution and concept localization for the mamimum efficiency
• Multiplicity: make full use of multi-dimensional perspectives with multiple metrics and metadata for effective business process alighment and management
